Day 1: Port Elizabeth

Welcome to South Africa!

Once you have arrived and have gone through passport control you move through to the Arrival hall where you will be met by a BELAFRIQUE representative. They will be holding a sign with your name on it so you don’t miss them. They will hand over your travel documents and answer any questions that you may have and take you to the car rental counter to pick-up your vehicle.

Your journey continues with a 15 minutes' drive to your first hotel: Singa Town Lodge. Check-in and relax in your home for the next night.

If you wish, this afternoon you could opt for a guided bush walk instead of the traditional drive. The bush walk is a different experience, where you will be able to see the animals up close.

Day 9: Die Swartland

Spend the day in the Cape Winelands today.

In Paarl we recommend Paarl Rock or a visit to the Spice Route Wine Estate to take in the most breathtaking views. The stunning gardens are a perfect location for a leisurely long walk and their Deli has the best bread! They also offer great massages if you like to relax some more today.

You can also visit Franschhoek and go on a Wine Tram Tour. The Tram stops at most of the wine estates so you can choose where you would like to get off and taste some wine or explore the property. If you don't like the property you can just stay on the Tram and go to the next stop.
